Any new approved I601? what month are there working on ? I know that Uscis are in may 30th 2017

After approval notice for I-601 do I need to schedule an interview or how long do I wait now for visa processing??

You can get an interview right away

We got an interview 2 weeks after the i601 approval. We have an interview appointment on the 21st of Nov

Do you have to talk to an officer again for questions or is your interview for medical only thanks for your responses

Congrats. You will probably need another interview if it's been a year since las interview.

Congrats on approval!! That’s what I’m trying to find out if I need another interview or just medical since it has been a year

Yes you do need new interview, medical and most likely affidavit support. My husband had to do a medical exam and interview the second time they offered an interview, because it had been a year since last interview.

 

This time around we are not sure because his last interview was Feb 2018.

Wow congratulations!! May I know what grounds of inadmissibility does your husband triggered? And how did you expedite the process? Im working on my I601 waiver 212i
