Yesterday, I visited USCIS local office. I asked them a question about joint filing for my wife and step daughter (both on conditional green cards) They both came at the same day , same time.

"Do I need to file two separate applications one of each ?

They said one application is good put child's information on (Part 5. Information about your children).

I told them I had to file separate applications when applied for CR-1 and CR-2 visa.

Again they said that process is different than ROC process and also they said one filing fee and one bio-metric fee.

I just want to make sure that "Is one application is good enough for both ? OR  do I need to file two applications and two separate fees? "
