Hoku address change before interview (urgent)

Hi... simple question, but I can't find a clear answer.

My beloved moved her hoku from one address to another after NVC approved the packet but before the interview. She's trying to get everything in order. Her new address we included as the "mailing" address already, so we'd be updating the permanent address. How do we do this?

NVC doesn't seem to care

USCIS doesn't seem to care

The Guangzhou consulate doesn't really have a way to update it. She updated the online profile already.

Do we just inform them at the interview itself?

Thanks in advance!

Pardon my ignorance but what is a hoku? You don’t need to update the address. You’re in the final stages of the process and you won’t be receiving any more mail. You just put down the address you want your passport mailed to after interview in the next forms you fill out.
