F-3 Catagory and CSPA

Hello,

My father who is US citizen sponsored me under F3 category many years ago. My PD is now current as of June 2018. My son is now 22 years old. We have calculated the CSPA age which comes to 23 years. NVC has issued me invoice number. I don't see my sons name under that invoice, I see only mine and my wife name. I have requested NVC to review my sons CSPA and issue an invoice number.

 

Question:- How long does it takes NVC to review my sons CSPA and issue me invoice number for him  so I can pay fees for every one ?? Every time I contact NVC , they say, we don't have timeline. any ideas?? Thanks

You’ve calculated something wrong or made a typo, CSPA age can’t be older than actual age.

I calculated again. here are the details.

 

F3 Case Approval date - June 1, 2006

Current Visa bulletin date F3 date - June 2006

Age of child currently - 22 years 1 month.

 

Questions again is NVC said that when the priority date will be current they will review CSPA for child. Now as the priority date is current and they said they reviewing it.. How long does it takes for them to review??

You need both the priority date and approval date to calculate CSPA. You’ve said approval date above but it’s unclear whether that is the actual approval date or the priority date from the rest of your post, in any case, both are needed. 

 

Also, in the latest visa bulletin F3 is only current to 1 May 2006, not June.
