N400 amended tax returns

Hi guys for 2 years I've been filing Head of Household, i have 2 children, however i am married. i recently filed an amendment to file as married filing separately. I have the tax transcripts for all 5 years as required. Will the head of household filing status be an issue for the n400 interview since the transcripts of the amended return wont be available in time for the interview which is a month away? Can i just bring a copy of the return for the 2 years that was amended?

is there anyone with any familiar experience that can give some insight, would be greatly appreciated
