I filled for I-751 petition to remove conditions on residence on May 2017 and got divorce on January 2018 and my Ex got married to another man on March 2018. On July they extended my residence for 18 months while they still working on my case. Should i call them to let them know about my divorce or just wait till they call me? Thanks everyone for all the help in this forum.

IF you have the divorce finalized you can send another I751 but that will only delay the process. I would say talk to an attorney. I hope you have a divorce lawyer who can advise you on how to approach this.

You need to send a letter to the service center with all your info- you do not call. Write in the letter what happened- how you filed jointly and are now divorced and that you want to switch to a divorce wavier and are including a copy of the divorce decree. Send it certified mail with a tracking number. Keep a copy and wait to see if they call you for an interview or just approve you. You do not fill out a new 751 or pay any fees. Include a copy of your NOA if you have it.
