K-2 Adjustment of Status forms and Documents

Can someone tell me if I am on track with the forms and documents for an Adjustment of Status for a K-2 child?: Asking to help a friend.

 

Forms:

- I-485, Adjustment of Status

- I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status if foreign medical is > 1 yr old or partial filling out I-693 if vaccinations are not up to date.

- DS-3025, Vaccination Document Worksheet (needed and got some boosters according to health department after arriving)

- I-765, Application for Employment Authorization in order to get SSN (not for work as child)

- I-131, Application for Travel Document in case needing travel abroad and get EAD/AP combo card (mostly to get ssn)

- G-1145, e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

- G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions if paying fee by credit card

- G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative if using attorney or consultant

 

Supporting documentation:

- Fee by the age schedule by check, money order or credit card

- Two 2" x 2" passport type photograph of K-2 beneficiary

- Passport Biopage copy

- Passport Non-immigrant Visa Page copy (K-2 visa)

- Passport copy of US Admission stamps and parole stamp pages

- Birth Certificate

- Copy of most recent I-94 Admission Record

- Copy of parent's Form I-797, Approval Notice (I-129F NOA2)

- Copy of parent's new Marriage Certificate

- Copy of parent's I-864, Affidavit of Support form (Do not need separate one from beneficiary and/or sponsors?) (No need of providing sponsor's financial documents again?)

Looks good.  Matches what I submitted.  Make sure they sign the CC form.  I forgot.

 

I sent a check because the letter did not say why it was rejected and a couple weeks later got biometrics for k1 and k2.  Now waiting for interview appointment.
