Guys,

I had my wife's case expedited due to medical reasons and the embassy scheduled my wife for an interview on 10/12/18 at Juarez.  This morning we received an email cancelling our appointment with no explanation other than to enter the site and pick a new date.  All calendars are blocked and cannot schedule.  WTH?  I tried to contact 4 different numbers to talk to a live human being and nothing works.  The system takes me through different options then hangs up on me.  This is so frustrating!  I had asked for vacation time off, scheduled her medical in Juarez and scheduled a move into a new apartment in October in the USA.   What else can I do?  What is the number that I can get a live human being?

Have you emailed them?  That is how consulates normally answer inquiries/.

I have not emailed them because I can't find an email lol.  This is very absurd what they did especially on a medical expedite.  I decided to get my congressman involved.  Just submitted the privacy release of information form and all evidence so they can work on the case.

I got an email from the juarez consulate technical team and they reverted everything back lol.  So my wife's appointments fingerprint and consular interview are back on as originally scheduled.  They said sorry for the inconvenience.  So I don't know if there was an IT issue that brought down the system or whatever.  Hopefully this time our appointments stick because I got hotels and other things to reserve in advance in Juarez.

Oh my goodness that is amazing!  After all this time they wanna additionally torture you lol.  So happy everything is working out.

Just out of curiosity which congressman are you working with?  You are in the Phoenix Area correct?  I have been in contact with Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema numerous times but her team is not getting good responses from Ciudad Juarez.  I emailed them just 2 days ago and received a reply that they are still waiting for an explanation from CDJ why the interviews are taking 6 months to schedule spouse visas.  I have also reached out to Congressman Raul Grijalva, i emailed Senator John McCain (RIP), Attorney General Jeff Sessions and emailed the State Department.  No good replies except for Congresswoman Sinema.
