My brother has 2 first names which has spaces in between them. Jesus Emmanuel.

When he tried to create an account with https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/SiteRegister?country=Philippines&language=en_US

He got an error message that says Your request cannot be processed at this time. User could not be created. Please ensure first and last name are entered as they are in your passport.

He has been entering it as it was reflected on his passport. How do we get pass this?

I have a feeling that it was because his he has 2 first names and it has a space in between.

TIA

Ive attached the screenshot of the error message and page i was talking about.

Always an issue with online forms. My husband is the same, two first names. I believe he just put it as, in your case would, "JesusEmmanuel". Just use one word or the system will continue to kick it probably but the embassy will get what happened.

We have same issue when he flies on our end, the online forms let him even put it as two words but when he gets the confirmation and all the system automatically merges it into one word. The airline gets the issue when they see his passport and ID.
