Hello guys, I would like to ask, what if USCIS sent me an RFE notice requiring me to encircle a box I missed on i-129f form. I sent the form with the circled box but I didn't send the RFE notice. Should I send another letter to send the RFE notice? Please reply. I really need help.

If you have just sent it, I would send it again with everything required but overnight it so this postage gets there earlier than the one you've sent. I heard someone got their petition denied due to missing signature on the RFE form.

Chances are they wont know where to even apply your corrected page since there is no RFE notice accompanying it or so I hope for your sake. So yes, go ahead and send it anyways but be sure to read the instructions carefully. Moreover, do some research on here as you may find somebody dealt with similar circumstances.

It is clear wrote on the rfe that it must be returned with all evidence that was requested. Failure to do so may result in a denial.

as other have suggested. U should resend all paper work and rfe letter. Making sure that rfe letter is on top. Send it over night.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1
