Unsure how to upload files to NVC

Hey there,

 

so I have (for example) my marriage termination which is in Polish and the sworn translation. How should I upload it to NVC at the CEAC?

 

So far I have uploaded it as:

-  Marriage Termination Documentation (Polish version)

- Translation (sworn translation)

 

But maybe I should put it like this:

- Marriage Termination Documentation (Polish version)

- Marriage Termination Documentation (translation) + comment it's a translation.

 

Please advise me.
