Timeline ideas?

Hi, we used an attorney to complete our packet and send in all evidence (including divorce documents, pictures, phone records and such).  We received a notice that our application was received on March 19, 2018.  We have not heard anything yet.  When can we expect NOA1, NOA2, and the visa center approval for the final interview.  It is a South africa fiancé, K1.

it can take 7-9 months to receive NOA2. sometimes longer, for no apparent reason. 

 

you should have received NOA1 back in march or april (that is the notice you received). All that is, is your receipt that it has been accepted to be entered/processed.

Ur receive date of noa1 is march 19th. 

Could possibly her something on noa2 with in the next few weeks. 

They just started touching march late last week.

ur still well with in normal processing time. 

Sit back and relax. It will happen sooner then later now...

Does your notice says Form I-797C with notice type being "Receipt?" you should've got it in regular post. If you have, this is your "NOA1" 

Look for Receipt Date on it, that is your NOA1 date for the purposes of VisaJourney timeline. Good news is that they are started on approving applications from March already, so you might get your notice pretty darn soon. If you don't hear anything by say mid October, I believe you may reach out to them and inquiry about your application status.

Thanks all. Yes it says I179c. So yes our notice is March 19. 

 

We should receive NOA2 any day now. 

 

I was trying to read read the charts. Anyone know average time from NOA2 to final interview time frame?
