Not all marriages last unfortunately so if you divorce him he is allowed to file for removing of conditions (10yr green card) on his own with a divorce waiver. The requirement is to submit evidence that he and you entered this marriage in good faith. 

There is not much you can do. You can't deport someone. Like said before, if you have strong evidence this is marriage fraud, then send the evidence to the USCIS. However, it's a gamble if they even look at it. If you truly feel like he is using you, just pull yourself from this marriage for the sake of your own mental health & move on.

You'd have to have pretty solid evidence of fraud, such as something in writing of him admitting to someone/somehow that he was entering the marriage solely for a green card, or using you for a green card, etc. Otherwise, feelings or evidence of just a marriage that fell apart, or infidelity, etc., won't be good enough. It is a two way street - you had to vet him and take responsibility for him as the petitioner to begin with.

 

If the marriage is over, move on, divorce, and put it past you as a lesson learned.
