I have a few questions and it's hard for me to figure out the answers from searching. My mom is in Brazil and will be going to the consulate there. I know we need to wait for NVC to assign case number. My questions are:

1. Will I, as petitioner receive the case number info or will it go straight to her?

2. Can I fill out everything online for her or does she need to do it herself?

3. I understand there are some documents she needs, like orginal Birth cert, marriage and divorce cert and police certificates, is she mailing those directly from Brazil to NVC in US? I am going to brazil can I get those from her and mail them in US because it will be quicker? (brazil is snail mail)

4. Do her documents need to be translated into english for NVC

thanks for your time!!
