Unless I'm reading this wrong, you are fine... Letter from employer is good. Does it state in some fashion that your employment and salary there is secure? For your bank account info did you get a certified letter from the bank?

What are you so worried about, just that you don't have tax forms? You've given them all of the supplemental info you can in this scenario showing you have the money, you're not *required* to have tax returns to be approved.

Did you have any income in 2017? Unless it was extremely low, you are required to file taxes. Otherwise, the letter can be sufficient.

Depends on the CO/consulate involved. Some want to see a copy of your tax returns (if one was required to file).

@OP

Sounds like you'll probably be fine. The CO makes the final call on the public charge concern based on the totality of the circumstances, but nothing you've noted jumps out as a likely issue (so long a the tax thing is fine, as noted above).

That's what I meant :) No tax returns as in, they do not exist... not that they have them and just don't submit or just did not file. OP has posted before that they did not need to file.

What embassy? Why are you speaking to an embassy? Can you give us more details of who told you that and how you are communicating with whoever it is?

It’s the embassy in Argentina I have not updated any info on here my fiancé has the interview on the 13th I was not speaking with the embassy in order for us to get a interview my fiancé had to drop off foto copy’s of her evidence at the embassy just to get a interview so after she did that they contacted her through email and gave her a list of things she will need to bring to the interview

If you are talking about the Packet 3 checklist, this is something that they give to everyone and is the same for everyone. If it says co-sponsor on there, it typically means *if needed* as evidence of support, not that everyone HAS TO have a co-sponsor. Are you under the assumption that this list was tailored specifically for you based on the evidence you submitted at the embassy? Because I'm certain that's not how it works. You likely have enough evidence based on the documentation you say you have, but in the end it might just be up to the officer.

Again, I'm not as familiar with the Argentina consulate as I am the Canadian process so I'd recommend posting in the Argentina specific forum for folks who would understand your situation better based on that specific consulate.

Hooray - congrats!!

For next steps, read up on the K1 guide "After entering America" section: http://www.visajourney.com/k1-fiance-visa/

I believe the way it works is she doesn't need a U.S. ID to get married, just a valid ID like her passport. But check what's specifically required for your local office. The K1 just gets her in to the U.S. and then for AOS shows she was able to stay legally after the marriage and such, but not needed for the actual marriage process.
