Hello everyone I am Misha. I am from Pakistan em new to this website. I desperately need help and suggestions about my NVC work.so my story is that my husband is in US he's living their for 10 years we married last year. He admitted my docs to NVC on 3rd of November 2017.My case is based on E2 category as my husband has a green card too and my case is employment based. So later after 4 months I got answer from USCIS that your case has been transferred to NVC.Later on when my husband submitted my docs to NVC then later after some weeks a letter was emailed to my husband from NVC that your docs r complete and that your spouse is now waiting in queue for the interview and as soon as we get letter from embassy r consulate we will inform u.

ahhh so here is the problem now that 60 days has passed but n response from them when my husband call they say your spouse is on waiting list as soon as we get answer we will inform u but this is problem that till now my husband didn't get any kinda email from them and he calls after some days and weeks but he gets the same answer now I want to ask that anyone who has gone through all this situation and done with his r her immigrant visa based on E2 plz share your response r your story.
