Filing for fiancé with a child

So I’m filing for my fiancé and he has a child who I added on the I-129F as well and also on the DS160 but when asked if the child will be traveling with my fiancé at this moment both answers were checked off no. DS160 asked if he will be traveling at a different time I checked off yes because my fiancé will be completing the process for him later.

Is it normal for our letters coming from the embassy to have both my fiancé and his sons name on the form? Does that mean they want the son to be there because he is currently not going to leave the country with him at this moment. Will that be a problem for my fiancé? I’m just trying to make sure I didn’t do this incorrectly because once again he will no travel with his son at the moment.

My case even shows 2 ready cases, is that normal? And does that mean the case is ready for his son when he chooses to bring him over? All insight is much appreciated. Thank you! 4D143866-38CF-48D1-A9EF-48BE83386418.thumb.jpeg.a14ac13d34c033e236e8901d7162f1b4.jpeg
