How to talk to a Supervisor /Manager at DMV office?

My first visit at DMV was waste of time because the technician he did not register none of my info in the system and every time I call DMV they ask for something new: 

1. Pic missing " I had to go back to DMV and spent 4h to retake the picture

2. now the vision test is not there I have to go back to retake it and to waive the written test. and they said they need a legal document of my legal presence they already scanned my US passport the first time and the second time

I need to do not keep wasting time what should you suggest? I would like to speak to a supervisor

I have had very, very few pleasant visits in any DMV....Just smile, do what they ask, and then forget it until next time......there really isn't much else you can do....

In Texas, you can schedule an appointment at DMV, thereby almost eliminating your waiting time......perhaps that is available in your area?

Haven't you been reading the news about the California DMV? Sometimes people are there for 6-8 hours. Make your life simple, go to a smaller DMV away from the big city.

 probably my address is going to be a different than where im now, hopefully they send me the card soon, too much stress in my life and this application stressed me out a lot, a technician couldn't register none of the info into the system because everything he processed was not there, !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WEIRD
, the only thing that was done right is the receipt I got from him

I still don't know if I will GO ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR  at the same DMV office where mistakes happened

or change the whole DMV office

Here in Texas, the appoint scheduling service opens at 7:30 am and does same-day scheduling only.  When the current day appointments fill up, it closes until 7:30am the nest day.....It's great!!!

It’s not a good time to be needing the DMV in California, with the whole Real ID thing going on right now.

 

Like databit suggested, try somewhere outside of LA and you might find an earlier appointment...

Nope, more to do with the fact so many people are trying to get Real ID.

Undocumented immigrants have been able to get licenses here since 2015, and that’s when the majority of them got them, and the wait times weren’t as bad then.
