Oh wow!! Sorry to hear that. As I mentioned earlier I am not expecting to be this early but I know as far as Detroit Field Office is concern they typically process I-485 within 5months. I assume you already got your EAD/AP card?

I got it the 150th day! I never applied for AP

I have been in the US for 7 years on different status. I had work authorization from my previous immigration status and have been working for 2 years. I live in the Metro Detroit area

Does that mean your work is continuous for the last 7years? Or you need to stop for the meantime cause you are having a diffrent type of visa?

only 1 type of visa and only worked 2 years out of the 7

What is the status that you’re adjusting from? If it’s not a secret:) Bc it’s been 104 days since I applied..so frustrating..

Okay, jumping in on this thread for sure to be religiously checking it. 

 

Currently not in the US, will be entering shortly and my field office will be Detroit so it'll be good to get a rough trend of this :)

Biometrics: 09/30/2019

Interview Letter Received: 11/02/2019

Interview Date: 12/09/2019

AOS Approval Date: 01/04/2020 (Assuming - that's the valid date on my card)

Green Card Received: 01/08/2020
