We have to file our 1-751 paperwork like... by tomorrow because we are cutting it close with our deadline. Our evidence is as follows: joint bank account statement, car insurance statement showing we are both on it, 2 affidavits, our joint tax return, our family plan phone info, and our lease with our names on it. Is this too little of information? We have two separate health insurance policies since we work at two different places, so I don't think I could include that. Do we also have to provide photos as well? I didn't see anything in the instructions about providing photos. I read the pinned post at the top but it seems like A LOT of stuff so now i'm panicking thinking I don't have enough!

Definitely should include photos, health insurance cards, driver's license with both of your addresses, beneficiary docs, facebook photos, if you can't get it by the cut off date, send now what you have before your expiration date and more than likely you will get RFE for additional evidence, but definitely hurry up and get it there before your out of filing status.  Don't panic, just get what you can!!

My husband doesn't have a driver's license- so I can't include any of that. Can I still include health insurance cards even if we are on two different insurance policies?

OH ok, no it helps if you are both on the same policy, what about life insurance policies, 401k, and some photos, I re-read your original statement and it looks good actually, you might be ok with all that, but you have to find some old and recent photos or text chats, what's app, facetime something...

I have photos I can print for sure, so I can definitely include that. Currently trying to figure out if he's on my life insurance policy, but I also don't have a 401k either so XD;;

Do you have just one bank account statement? You can go to your bank and ask them to print all your statements for the past two years or you can do it online yourself. Do you have any utility bills with your names on them? Also do you have just one tax return? It supposed to be two at least

They want all the bank statements of the past two years? Wow ok I guess I can get that printed as well. and OH I thought we only needed one tax year! Thank you, I'll add that as well. I think our utility bill is only in my name, but I'll double check when I get home.

Yes, it's better to mail evidence covering the period since you received your GC or even since marriage. You can send bank statements quarterly. And for tax returns also is better to send all that you have.

Why can't your husband get a driver's license? Or a non-driver's state ID?

Personally I wouldn't stress about sending pictures or even chats unless you want to. I do agree though that you should send tax documents for the last 2 years showing that you filed jointly. As far as bank statements go, I sent a printout that showed when my husband was added to the account and 2 other statements. In my opinion the more things that you both have your names on the better, but obviously you can't send what you don't have. Sending all your bank statements is definitely not necessary. Do you have any children together? Do you have any credit cards with both of your names on the account? Do you have any car titles with both of your names on them? My list was similar to yours when we filed (although we had a few more joint accounts) and we were approved with no RFE and no interview. Good luck!

Whatever you have jointly, they prefer to see that you've held these accounts for the duration of your marriage, or as far back to the beginning as possible. Try to get as much printed off as you can.

ROC from CR-1 visa (Green Card expiration date was Nov 24th 2016)

Link to the evidence I submitted. Be sure to send evidence spanning your entire marriage (especially for K-1) or as far back as you can. Just one or two bank statements will not cut it. I primarily focused on the two years of living here since I came in on a CR-1. If you don't have the fundamentals (i.e. joint accounts/policies), you can explain why in the covering letter. E.g. "While we do not have joint utilities, we both contribute to them from our joint bank account".
