I need my filing address and the embassy address for our letter of intent. I live near Houston Texas and my fiancé lives in Manila. Please give me the addresses and information needed.

I have Hanks copy. Assuming I print that out without the words in red and handwrite what is required there. I am in Makati now and we have to do this today.

Thanks in advance!

You don’t need addresses on the letter of intent.

I concur that addresses aren't really needed. That's basically a formality for letters that doesn't really apply well here.

But if you want to provide one anyway...

For [ADDRESS OF FILING LOCATION] put the address where you are sending the petition.

For [Embassy Address] put the address of the embassy where the beneficiary will interview (i.e. the address of US Embassy Manila).

NOTE: I realize the above is obvious/generic...but finding the specific details/addresses on your own is a very quick Google search.

Ok. What part needs to be handwritten? Can we type it all then just sign with a pen? Or dates with a pen also?

Only the signature needs to be handwritten. Pen is fine. If you want to do the date by hand as well, that's also fine. They will accept it either way, just so long as it is signed by hand.
