I am so lost.  I emailed guz because I have not received my packet 3.  Guz replied saying that they  sent my packet 3 on August 30 and provided me with a ems numbers.  I checked the ems and trying to track it, it said this ems number cannot be found.  And I still have not received my packet 3 after all this mess.  

 

Now, ceac website went from READY to ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING.  

 

Can someone help me?  Any advice is greatly appreciated!

If they sent the packet on August 30, it's only been 3 business days. I'm not sure how fast mail delivery is in China, but I imagine it can take a while considering the size of the country.
