WU Receipts NVC

Should a petitioner include WU receipts in an NVC package? On one hand, it might make cast a negative light on the beneficiary but on the other hand, it could strengthen the case that the petitioner can support the spouse.

I disagree.  Ability to financially support the immigrant is determined by current income documents.....employer letter, pay stubs, etc.........not money you have sent your wife........if I thought it would raise questions, I wouldn't send it.......

I am not saying that you shouldn't send those......they could be seen as continued relationship support for 2 households.....which I think is perfectly reasonable......I just meant that financial support is determined in other ways....☺️

I'm going to follow your advice and not send them. In any event, do you think they would raise questions? What about chat logs?

Now I'm confused of whether or not to send them because I am supporting 2 households.  She works but I do supplement her income like any husband should. Would they help or hurt our case?

Chat logs are evidence of continued relationship and communication.  We included a snapshot of chats every few weeks over the course of the year our case was processing.

For a spousal visa, I think they would NOT raise questions......after all, you are working together to support 2 households during the process.  I would include them.

Why would you do that? You're supposed to include evidence of an ongoing relationship, financial comingling (as far as that's possible for newlyweds living in different countries), plus the financial evidence for the affidavit of support.

That picture doesn't prove anything, except that she was standing in front of a salon at some point.
