Our AOS hasn't been touched since Jan 20, either, I did get an email confirming it is still going through the dreaded namecheck.

1/09/06 Had interview and placed on Administrative Processing/221(g) for 6 months.

07/06/06 Interview, Successful!!!

07/06/06 Fiance receives Visa and enters U.S.!

09/02/06 Wedding Day!

Our AOS hasn't been touched since Jan 20, either, I did get an email confirming it is still going through the dreaded namecheck.

Ive never been told anything other than it is pending. If its awaiting the name check clearance fine, ican take that becaus eit means they have done what the need to do. When you go 5 months without hearing anything then you start to wonder of they have misplaced your file or worse. Its the not knowing thats getting to me. Hopefully my touch today is a sign of things to come.

09/14/2006 - US Embassy interview. Ask Lauren to marry me again, just to make sure. Says Yes. Phew!

10/02/2006 - Fly to New York, EAD at JFK, I'm in!!

10/14/2006 - Married! The perfect wedding day.

10/23/2006 - AOS and EAD filed

05/29/2007 - RFE (lost medical)

08/02/2007 - RFE received back at CSC

08/10/2007 - Card Production ordered

08/17/2007 - Green Card Arrives

06/12/2009 - Biometrics Appointment
