Hi guys... My husband recieved my daughters Noa 2(IR-2) but my Noa 2 was not send yet IR-1.. Is this normal? Does anyone here experienced it also.?

This Morning I received an email Notification saying that My case was approved yesterday October 23rd 2018. 

 

The new Website has not yet updated, Still waiting on the Paper Mail to come.

My NOA1 is 4/5/18, and still no update. They seem to be processing these in no particular order.
