Hey everyone my husban and I are currently going through a situation so frustrating and confusing...my husban recently has his appointment in Juarez the 17 of August and was put under 221g , they kept his passport and only asked to fill out a questionnaire and send back to the consulado we sent questionnaire the coming up Monday which was the 20 the consaldo received it and updated on CEAC the 22 and then the 29 which was the last update

My husban called the call center the 31 of August for any news and apparently they sent his passport with a letter through DHL but has no waybill number yet and visa still under AP?  And still remains the same when he called back yesterday they said that once’s the receive a waybill number that they would send him a email. Hmmm pretty confusing how they would return his passport and still have no waybill number to be able to track it down and on CEAC it’s still under AP.... Anyone Experiencing or have gone through same issue??

I received the blue slip on Wednesday Aug. 29.

Reason: needed the long form birth certificate from my husband that states what hospital he was born in and who was present at the birth.

My husband cannot obtain the long form due to a paternity judge order that was done a few months after his birth.

The state sent back a letter of explanation, along with the paternity judge order and also an updated short form birth certificate.

I sent that through DHL two days after my interview on a Friday and the document arrived on Monday Sept.3 Labor Day (consulate closed)

Still showes I’m on “administrative processing”.

Very stressful process to be in since you are not given a timeline. Have you heard anything back?

Sadly we finally received an email with the waybill number saying that our visa document we’re ready for pick up, me and my husban went to pick it up and it was another 221g blue slip and they returned his passport with no visa😓. We’re in the same spot as we started...waiting on whether he is approved or denied
