Getting a case n invoice number is around 8 weeks from the date NVC received your petition from USCIS.

I know it's hard but unfortunately you're well within normal timeframe right now. It will probably be several more weeks before you have a case number. As others have mentioned, go ahead and start organizing the documents you'll be needing, this is a good time to do that.

The fiancé in the U.K. Is the one needing to get ready by gathering his documents, getting shot records, police certificate, etc. All you send from the US is the I-134 with proofs.

He has collected his police certificate, birth certificate and has his medical and vaccine history all set to go. What else does he need?

Hello everyone,

What document do we need to submit to show the reason why we need a police certificate?

Like they ask for a letter from an organisation for instance or offer of employment?

What should it be for us? Like NOA2?

Noa1 old website: 27th of February

Noa1 new website: 2nd of March

Noa2: 05.09.2018

NVC case number assigned: 24.09.2018

NVC READY: 06.11.2018

Interview at Warsaw embassy: 08.11.2018

In the USA: 21.11.2018
