Anyone else had a problem updating their document delivery address?

http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-iv-documentdelivery.asp

I go to that page, click on to register for an account on the Apply For a US Visa page, then click on Update Profile.

I enter all my wife's information (Passport details, phone numbers, address in Manila, etc) and when I click on Submit, it kicks me out to the main login page.

Your timeline is blank so I will ask - Has you wife completed the interview already?      If yes, there is only a 24 hour window after the interview for updating delivery info.   If NO ...  It states if you are having issues to:

I also find that some web browsers work better than others.   Are you using a popup blocker?

Hank,

She has not had her interview yet; thats the first week of October. Can she update it there at the Embassy immediately after the interview (assuming she's approved)?

I dont have a popup blocker but I've tried on a Mac using Chrome and Safari. I'll give Firefox a try.

Thanks again

There should be no issue creating a profile and updating delivery info at this time .. it may be your browser.   Also do as they suggest with deleting cookies and clearing the cache.

I figured out what the problem was. After logging in, I had to actually click on "Schedule an Appointment" to get the website to let me input my document delivery address.

Even though I already had the appointment scheduled through NVC, I clicked on that and it imported my existing appointment and allowed me to give it my wifes address in the Philippines.

Talk about unintuitive!

Hi, I am so confused. My interview in the US embassy Manila was this morning at 8 o'clock (9/17/2018) and got approved. I registered online last week on my visa delivery but my home address is  not showing on  Document Delivery Information unless I will schedule an interview appointment. What do I have to do?
