Can I apply for AOS?, F1 Student out of Status for 30 days

I'm eligible to apply for AOS this month. F2B Category (Mother LPR petition for unmarried son over 21 years old). PD: January 2013

I'm currently a F1 Student since 2010. Unfortunately back in 2015, I was out of status for 30 days due to a mistake (I though mi D/S was going to expired in July, 2015, not June). My school adviser made a correction and fixed my SEVIS without need to file for reinstatement. I was back on legal status in September, 2015.

Wonder if I'm still eligible to apply for AOS?

Are you on F-1 Visa now, if yes,  when does that expire?

Yes, I have a F-1 status right now (D/S). Currently on my senior year from University.

Expiration date said 12/2019.
