Hello Guys, I have my receipt date of February 5th on the old site and 9th on the new site. Based on uscis tracking they are processing application that came on February 6th. I tried to create an online request at uscis for outside normal processing time- it says no case can be created at this time because the application is still within the normal processing time. I am super confused. Any advice? Thanks

On your paper form 797C what does it show under "notice date" It should match your "new" site date, and it is the date they are going by it seems.

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Try again to submit an online inquiry tomorrow. I don’t see why you can’t because the processing timeline is based on the received date.

So I was able to speak to a Tier 2 officer. He told me that my file has undergone what they call it system check and there is no other information showing. He then recommended a service request and asked me to wait for another 10 business day. What is that really mean? Any feedback?
