Hello All,

My wife just finished Day One of the Medical Exam at SLEC and I have a question.  Our Interview is next week at the Manila US Embassy but SLEC forced her to do the medical under her Passport Name, which is her Maiden Name, not the Married Name, which we used on all the paperwork for the Embassy Interview.

Does anyone know if this will be a problem for the Embassy??

Yup it does matter.   And yes it will cause an issue.

Maybe a quick trip to DFA should be on your list.
