Where can I find the sample I134?

I’m looking for a sample i134 already filled in, the section of visa journey that have sample forms only shows a blank one.  Also I’m retired, how can I annotate on 134 that I am retired???

I only see a blank 134 there

Did you open the last link I just sent you? It's a completed sample form. Sorry. I can not do more for you.
