For what it's worth, chat logs are not evidence of meeting; they're possibly evidence of an ongoing relationship. If you're not going through an consulate that requires a heavily front-loaded petition, you might wait until the consulate stage to submit them. Most consulates will accept documents in the local language as well as English.
