I just checked it a minute ago.... It's there! But my fiance has heard nothing yet. Can you tell me how they will contact her? By phone, or only e-mail, or postal mail? She's a little confused as to what to expect, and honestly, so am I. I'm assuming it will be by postal mail, but as of yet, she's seen nothing.

So the NOA2 is sent to beneficiary's address ( mailing and email)? Or does it goes to the US citizen?

You should also check out the flow chart-

It is the beneficiary who files the AOS on his/her behalf, so it is that person who receives the NOA2 and any RFEs. My wife had 2 RFEs, but we settled those very quickly. From the tone of your remark, I'm left wondering if you and your beneficiary do not share the same address?

This is for the K1 visa. Of course they dont live together. I think you misread :)

I see from your profile that you just filed your I-129F. The NOA2 for that goes to the petitioner. After the foreign fiance comes to the U.S., all paperwork is filed on behalf of or by the foreign party, and they receive all NOAs.

Yes. My fiance who is the petioner lives in the US and I am in the middleeast. NOA -1 sent to him that why I was wondering if NOA-2 will be sent to me or will go to him again addressing him.
