Alright.. so it will be better then for the OP to verify if USCIS accepts faxed copy of the rfe. How many days now are they waiting for it?

Received my RFE request on September 25

 Tracking showed it was received in their Dropbox wherever that may be at the California service center on September 28th no updates online and I went to Japan from October 2nd 2 October 14th to see my fiance with no updates the entire time when I came home on October 15 I called them to see if there was any update but they could see and they told me that my orofea was not in the file and that they did not see it there I asked if it was lost and how I can send them another one and they said that is not how it is handled I would have to wait 60 days for them to research it and that they could open up an inquiry to look for the RFI apparently my inquiry has been completed on October 19th but I have not received a letter of any sort giving me any news and when I call and I ask for tear to they tell me I just have to wait and that they have 90 days now since the inquiry is complete to respond this system completely sucks and this organization is the most unorganized organization I've ever heard of McDonald's has a better system than our country at this point O plans of a wedding for January have to be put off and possibly maybe we can get married sometime in March or April at our next opportunity. I am sorry for sounding so negative and sharing my frustration with you all because this has seemed to work out for all of you and I am usually the optimist in my relationship with my fiance but now I have no other choice. This waiting has caused so much stress on our relationship I this point I don't know if we will even make it until March

Send back rfe. Sign rfe at the bottom like and legal document. Make sure u have sent everything that is stated on the rfe. 

Make a copy of rfe for ur records. 

I sent mine back next day certified mail. 

Thanks, since it was faxed. Should we just fax it back?

30 days we hadn’t got the copy, and now 10 more days. 😔. My fiancée was busy

When i asked if i could fax mine in since they couldn't find it they told me no.

 

So far the nicest guy i spoke with there in Tier 2 was Mr.White.

 

And the rudest with the most attitude was a man that had a very soft sounding voice.  They have all the power...a-holes

No... do not send it back faxed. Must be sent snail mail. Send it certified mail.

I tried sending mine certified... i had tracking but they tdld me it just goes to a drop box... not a physical person...i wanted a signature but i was told its not possible.

Mine was sent certified next day. Tracked package and seen signiture on usps site.

How’s your rfe so far? Did you get any update if they received it or not?

Thank you, I’m trying to get it all done now with him. We’ve also had the same frustrations as the other couples.   plus him busy with other things didn’t help at all. This journey has been a mega test on all of us. Hope this works now really. Going to send it off ASAP.

If I put the question in google that "k1 visa rfe response days", then it says 60 days, and now is going to 80 days or more, which is very scary.

 But after read all posts here, it seems most got there nov2 after rfe in less than a month.

We sent our RFE 18 days ago and they got it on October 10 (according to the website). Ours was about a criminal record evidence so I think those take a little bit more of time. I've seen people getting approvals after just 3 days of received at USCIS.

8 months already and still nothing.. not Rfe or anything... is there anybody also like us from February? 🙁
