February 2018 I-129F Filers, Part II

I just spoke to a tier 2 officer again today to see if they submitted/printed my RFE. And the answer i got was so odd. He said I was lucky that it hadn't been printed because I'd only have 87 days to respond and the timer starts as of the day they send it out. UMM hello waiting for a request is wasting my time. He also said that maybe the officer found what he was looking for and forgot to delete the draft. AGAIN that makes it worse. I literally don't even know what to do right now. I am traveling for work for the next 2 months and I literally can't call them everyday for the next few months to see if someone is doing their job. Also who is going to request evidence, not submit the request, and move on to all the other cases without finishing the last one! And it doesn't help that every officer gives me a completely different answer. My level of frustration with this whole process is insane, and I am a pretty easy going person. Any suggestions on where to go from here?

Just got approved!.  No email, no text.  It was a notification from an App tied to the old site.

 

NOA1 - Feb 28 old, March 5 new

NOA2 - Sept 4

 

Not it's going to get crazy!

Well I posted earlier saying I wanted some news, any news and we got it!!

 

NOA1: Feb 13th (Feb 8th old site)

NOA2: September 4th

 

I randomly refreshed the uscis casetracker app at 14:50 Eastern time and it said we are approved. I immediately rang Jack and he was freaking because he'd just that moment got a text notification. It's so weird that I happened to refresh it just as he got the text!

 

Nothing on the new site, no email, approval only shows on the old site/casetracker app.

 

I still can't believe it.

So obviously that was wrong. Do I just send it again but only for my fiancé (beneficaiary) signing it? Anything else needed besides the letter? Plan to send this next day air tonight to arrive tomorrow morning. After reading the other RFE reasons and looking through my application this weekend I thought this might be it. Honestly can't believe I was right. I just REALLY don't want to screw this up!

Have to have Paul write and sign letter of intent to marry. Simple quick fix. Don’t have to explain anything.  Short and sweet.

I'm so so happy and honestly you guys have helped keep me sane and laughing for the past 6/7months! I think I would be half crazy without you lot.

 

I guess the agents have come back to work super refreshed after their break! Wishing everyone who is still waiting a quick a speedy approval coming off the back of Labor Day Weekend!

OMG YAY!!!! I'm SOOOOOO happy for you! See all that waiting paid off. You're now ahead of the rest of us who are stuck with an RFE. So glad that the news you got was good news! Super jealous but so happy for you! Good bye bad job! Your time to get here is now on count down!

I wanted to add that I was notified via text, email and OLD site was updated. The new site was not and still is not updated at all.

Good! One would think that they can figure out that the second marriage was legal because you actually got divorced before...LOL. I really hope that you get the NOA2 soon now. Meanwhile here my new hobby is to listen to NVC’s hotline music. So far I’m only calling three times a day...
