Hi everyone, so I had just decided to stay away from all these by having this huge disappointment of not receiving the hard copy for our RFE since 09/19 & guess what We haven’t yet got it, my fiancé rang too and asked for a faxed copy aswell but the angry lady told him we had to wait till the 10/19 to make an e-request. So here we are waiting keenly for the next 5 days to get it hopefully. 🤞. In the mean time, my fiancée got some fines for passing over the tolls, he will eventually pay them off but not sure when, I don’t know whether that will affect our visa ? Many thanks.

NOA1: 02/26/2018 (old website)

Quote

From instructions for item 4.a:

Unless a traffic incident was alcohol- or drug-related or involved a fine of $500 or more, you do not need to provide information on it.

So I wouldn't worry too much about tolls, though it is probably prudent to drive carefully regardless.

Moving violations do not affect your ability to get a visa. You'll be ok.

Busy enjoying my beautiful country for the last few months. Hope everyone is well, this has been a long wait, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I love my petitioner with all me heart.

I've been having a lot of cocktails and enjoying the African sun, the people and the food. Life is beautiful, don't let this visa process tell you otherwise.😘

OK thanks

I just made a copy of what I thought is the barcoded Printing label from the last page that says what they want.

I also just emailed rushtranslate.com and they retranslated my fiance's docs to show the divorce on it... I hope it's accepted and prcessed timely... but I have a feeling it won't and they'll make me sweat it out.

Here's the print label I made I erased some of the info from here for privacy

Hi, I am a divorcee myself and I had my mom  translate it in English ( after i did some research at the time i found out i did not need to have an agency do it, anybody could translate it for me as long as i do not do it myself)  and have went and got it legalized with Apostile  at the court house which states  that the translation done is true and etc.

We are still waiting on the NOA2 (May filers ) and I’m wondering why did they RFE you and made you retranslate it?

Y’all I am having the worst panic attack. My bank is being annoying saying they can’t give me a letter with what I need. I cannot find my w2 from 2017. I have every other one!!!! I have the letter from my employer and I can print off every pay check stub for 5 years. I have the paper work for when I filed my taxes for 2017 with turbo tax. My Dad is going to be my co sponsor and he has a letter from his employer and 2 years of w2s. Is this enough or do I need more? I’m sorry I have asked questions other places and I feel like I drive people crazy. We received packet 3 today and I’m just one big ball of nerves.

Your company will reprint you a W2 from 2017.

1. Go to https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript and download your tax transcript. It's free and takes 10 min.

2. Print off your bank statements. Your Embassy will except.

3. Be sure you have the following.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge or be a burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form K1/K2 Interview Preparation Instructions – English (February 2014)  Page 3 of 9 with an original signature will be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You should also submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134.

4. If you meet or exceed poverty levels for your household size then no co sponsor is needed. If you decide to have a co sponsor then they will need to complete a I-134 also.

5. Relax. Take a deep breath. There is plenty of time to get this all prepared before the interview.

Congratulations!.  How did you know about your approval?

There was no notification on old site or new site, nothing on the App. I just called as I call every day and they said we were approved on the Friday before. I'm waiting on the hard copy now.

That is cool you gave me some hope. They received our response 27 ago and still nothing.  My attorney said we have to wait at least 30 days before we can call. Thanks and good luck.
