Thanks USCIS. Old website says approved 10/5. Then I get this email today. They just love to torture!

I'd like to inform everyone that Christine and I were approved yesterday September 27th.  Called uscis a few minutes ago and tier 1 said we were approved. Was mailed yesterday    no upd

Finally I got the approval.  K1 submitted feb 20th  Rfe recieved October 5th  they recieved the rfe October 29th  approved November 5th    FINALLY!

Got same msg this morning. And when I called uscis tier one said that my rfe was received on sept 5th. Which it's been approved for 2 weeks now

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date. 

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

We have the same date, and praise God we got approved today. I just happen to check the old site and says we got approved. We haven't received the hard copy yet, but I'm literally crying right now. I'm so glad it's over. I'm praying for everyone that hasn't been approved yet. Never lose hope guys. God bless

YAY!! 😍 finally, after 8months!! I’m so happy and relieved! 

For those still waiting, please hang on, it’s going to happen!!

 

Can someone please tell me what’s in the hard copy of the approval notice? We are leaving for Italy on Sunday and my fiancé will be back to the US only on Nov. 10th.

Is there anything in the approval notice that I would need to know immediately?

Yes. Received hard copy in the mail on the 29th or 30th of September

Hard copy is when u recieve notice in the mail. Lucky for u, petitioner is done from this point forward. It's all about the beneficiary now. 

Can call nvc in about 14 days and try to get nvc number so u can set up medical (if country allows). 

Or u can sign up at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html

u can add ur fiancé to the email list also.

I’m out of the country until next week. I haven’t gotten an email from USPS in many days so who knows. But hoping it’s there when I get back.

We received in the mail the RFE on Oct. 1st.

The day after I overnighted our reply, which got to USCIS on Oct. 3rd and today we got the APPROVAL so in less than a week!

What did they ask for? I'm waiting for my rfe to get here just curious what yours was for.
