It sucks because after we FINALLY get approved it will probably be another 2 months of waiting still !! I wanted him to come before Halloween but I think that's unrealistic.... now I am just hoping he will be here before Christmas ! ugh

It'll at least be a little easier to wait those 2 months because I know we are approved! It's just waiting to move onto that stage but not knowing what the heck is going on with our petition is what is killing me!

Agreed - I also contacted our congressman last Friday and they were super nice ! They got back to me right away and said they would try to get some additional information about our case. So hopefully we can hear something from them.

That's awesome! I wouldn't even know where to begin in regards to contacting our congressman. I am going to give it unit next week at the latest to contact them. But I am calling USCIS first thing in the morning to talk to tier 2

Yes I tried calling tier 2 about 30mins ago but they said they weren't accepting calls due to call volume and to call back in the morning.

As far as contacting your congressmen - you just go to this site here:

https://www.house.gov/representatives#state-texas

Find the one for your area in Texas and visit their website.

I basically typed them up an email complaining how it isn't fair that USCIS states they go in order of date received but others way after us have been processed.

Good luck !~ Hope we hear something soon !

So....would love a little help. RFE attached. I'm looking online for what to send in and I see this, which is what I sent in the application:

https://www.visatutor.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/I-129F-Letter-of-Intent-to-Marry.pdf

So obviously that was wrong. Do I just send it again but only for my fiancé (beneficaiary) signing it? Anything else needed besides the letter? Plan to send this next day air tonight to arrive tomorrow morning. After reading the other RFE reasons and looking through my application this weekend I thought this might be it. Honestly can't believe I was right. I just REALLY don't want to screw this up!
