No . He sent overnight mail. We were hoping to get a mail as soon as possible but up till date nothing . He said he called and he was told it’s still pending so that got me confused 🤷‍♀️. Is there any specific number to call ? And is there anyone with this same issue . Am very worried here and am loosing my mind 😭😭😭

they should be able to tell him if they have received the rfe. Pending does not answer if they received rfe or not. 

If sent overnight it should of been certified. Check and see if that's the case or not. If so it should of been tracked and u can check usps site for update.

I overnighted my RFE a week ago...it was delivered on Friday but no updates, not even an update regarding the rfe letter on the USCIS website. When i called USCIS they told me,  we dont have to update you...it's not a requirement.

Uggghhhhhh.

 

I could go off but what's the point anymore?

My rfe was updated on app old site. Hasn't been updated since then. Was approved a week ago and still says received rfe on old site and new site say received feb 2nd

I don’t think this is a good idea. Not a good suggestion in tampering a mistake. Mistake will be covered by also a mistake?like what??? 

 

If he the petitioner mistakenly checked the not suppose to be the answer, all he can do is to just use erasure(wipe out since that’s what the OP did) and sign and date it. No need to ask for another copy. That will delay them more. In their cover letter just explain it in there why they made such a mistake.

Did you use the envelope that they sent to you together with your rfe letter?

When did you send your rfe response? Did you track your mail when it will suppose to arrive at USCIS?

This is an old site. Create an account on the new site and check both sites every now and then. It’ll be more convenient for you if you will just download a case tracker/uscis app.

I sent my rfe certified overnight. Checked usps site around 2pm est and it was signed for at 10:41pst.

well worth the 24.70 plus it was insured if lost stolen misplaced. Which uscis wouldn't of given 2 sh!ts about 😁
