So today is 21 days since they received my RFE. I was sure I would hear last Thursday. Positive I would hear Monday. Hopeful Tuesday was the day. Hope lost Wednesday. Today I officially give up. Hope is absolutely gone at this point. I’ve stopped checking the sites for a few days because what’s even the point? I guess maybe I’ll get the approval someday in the mail or I just won’t.   I guess this is my relationship now?? Just total loss of hope and no joy. It’s kind of amazing that the government can ruin a good love. Amazing that they could need more than three weeks to check a box. I’m just completely deflated today. And basically just talking to myself here because no one is even left here lol

 

Question if anyone is still reading this lol—does anyone know how many VJ filers were from February? I’m sure many don’t update their profiles when the are approved but would love to know how many here were along with me in filing in February in the first place.

February Filer.... sent in my fiance's Divorce Certificate... meanwhile they don't see it.... I would love to over page by page with someone there on the phone and just hear them say.... ohhhh yeah there it is... sorry my bad... M"Fer.

 

Meanwhile the Direct or USCIS Kathy A Baran is easily found on FB and I would love to call ehr and ask what kind of office she runs... it's hopeless whats the poitn... Government employees... figures they have a bad reputation... they earned it.

This made me cry. The big tears. I am so done today. There are so many boats sailing so far away from me and mine is just sidelined in a place of total loneliness. I clearly was not cut out for this.

there were approximately 3600 total cases for February. About 10% are actually on vj. 

 

Hang in there women we got this. I'm day 22 @Lucy&Jason got approved today at day 23. We will get thru this. No one will be left behind. 

U need to take some deep breaths and just let things happen as they will. Having emotional break downs won't make uscis work faster. All it's going to do is put undue stress on urself and ur fiancé.

I assume USCIS already received your RFE response... before this day ends(most of the time), you will already be notified..

I have no notification they recieved it... and the tracking from USPS sucks doesn't show delivered either... also USCIS has not updated my profile to show anything.  

My fiance is very upset... and rightfully so... Japan is so much more organized than our govt.

I have seen it’s around 3pm that USCIS will be receiving it. Before that time surely it already reached there. Expect until the next day your notification from the either new or old site. USPS normally update their delivered mails day after.

Has anyone else had their RFE Faxed? If so, was the petition included in the FAX? I received the FAX today which asked about my divorce decree but also indicated there was an omission for one of the boxes, indicated in the "attached petition". I called Tier 2 back and they could only pull up the letter but no petition to tell me what the boxes were. Just wondering if they forgot that part or if the petition part is just not part of the FAX?
