How long till that's reviewed once they receive it

For everyone else on here? It seems about 10 days. I'm on day 20 and nothing. The average from here seems to be 14-60 days I guess. The old site updated for me when they received my RFE, so at least I know they received it. I would check both sites in the next day to see if they update that it's received.

Just got another email from USCIS this morning--we are reviewing your case. Last action was August 15th. No updates at this time. Just tears...WHY ARE THEY TORTURING ME WITH THESE EMAILS??? I saw an email from them and my heart jumped. And then I looked at the subject. Yeah, I get it. This isn't going to happen. Do you really need to keep sending me the same email???? So they received my RFE three weeks ago...does this mean they haven't even looked at it since they haven't taken action on my case since August 15th??? They couldn't take the ridiculous form letter they sent me the RFE for that I had already included in my application and just check the freaking box and moved it along??? Really? I just don't get it. All of these people who sent back RFEs AFTER we did and theirs just moved right through. I just don't know what to think anymore. I thought my application was so basic...my fiance has no kids, no criminal record, two jobs and two residences in the time span they asked. Pretty simple. 6.5 months for an RFE to send a letter we had included in our application? Sent back same day and three weeks later nothing? I just don't get it. Jut venting (as always) and I know there are people are wait longer and I know my time is coming and all of that but I'm so fed up with this process. Was sure we would be in the August NOA2 group....that came and went and was SURE it would be the September NOA2 group. Haven't looked at that group so I don't jinx it but apparently it doesn't matter. October here we come ?!?!

Got same email about a hour ago. I laughed at it. 😂😂😂😂😂

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

If sent certified next day should have notice today or tomorrow. If sent standard mail should have notice within 5 to 7 days.

@americaninlove answered the rest correctly.

Tbh I'm really past the point of caring. It's gunna happen when it happens. Yeah it pisses me off seeing people get approved within 10 days of sending there rfe back. Also, sent them in after myself with a few others that r in same boat 🚣

Glad to see others get there approval. Wondering when our adjuster is going to finally have a look at them and go. Ouch *%#+, these been sitting here for 3 weeks now. Best got on this...🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

Yeah, let's go dude! I mean if my employees let something sit for three weeks when everyone else was moving faster they would be in my office mighty fast. But I guess that's the government for you!

Well...... I cant say the same for my job 😂🤣😂🤣😂 pretty laid back as u can see. Think I spend more time on vj then actually working. Lmfao..

but, yes most places wouldn't tolerate it. The only thing that makes since to me is our adjuster is on vacation, out sick or something else. And they won't have someone else work on the case as for they would have to start all over with the process.

My thinking only only take it for what it's worth.🤷🏼‍♂️

I think we got the laziest adjudicators and they have our files waiting in a pile of messy documents.

My case is very simple too, no previous marriages, no child, no law issues, I have never been in the US, my fiance has the same name as his father but his dad is also a very good person so no issues with the law either. We had 4 visits by the time we filed (now 5).... Yeap, we got the lazy guy who works slow AF and it's probably the reason why USCIS is backlogged. It's all his fault.

BTW, if you receive the approval notice on old website... does it make the USCIS tracker app notify you? I only get the notifications of system maintenance  and bulletins, and it's been so long I don't even know if that app works or what. I have never received an email from the new website anyways. I do received an email from USCIS when NOA1.
