Ur keeping me entertained. Not sure if that's ur point or not..

domt steess over it. Normally we don't hear approvals on mondays. It happens Tuesday thru Saturday .

hang in there the end is near

This. Our case was approved on a Tuesday and we didn't find out till Saturday because it only came through the mail, so approvals could be happening and you wouldn't even know till later on :) I know it isn't fully over yet but one thing I really regret is letting the wait for the NOA2 have complete control over my emotions, like way too much. I know sometimes we can't help how we feel (especially when you've been waiting for far too long compared to others) but I would cry during random parts of the day and even have to go to the bathroom at work to lock myself in just to cry, even though I knew I was still well within processing times for RFE... Got so bad even co-workers were beginning to ask if I was ill because apparently I looked like death all of last week. Many conversations with fiancé wasted on being negative on FaceTime with him :( I wish I didn't drain so much energy on something I couldn't control, because eventually NOA2 does come. Rooting for you all.

Am just so 😡 no updates as to if they’ve received our RFE or not and it’s been 13days we mailed  the RFE.

did you check the old site.. that is the where they updated my RFE status and that they received it... also if you call the USCIS number wand use the automated it will tell you if they received it and on what date.... after the automated voice picks up press (1 for english, 2 for case then 1... then put your WAC case number and it will say if it was scanned in/received) Also did you send it with a tracking number?

Oh my god it feels so good to say that!!! Woke up to an email and cried my eyes out. Our case only updated on the old site and the case tracker app - the new site didn’t do diddly squat for us lol. On to the next step!!! Those of you still waiting I wish you the best. I’ll be sticking around to get your updates! Best of luck!

Hi guys! I need your help.

I was reviewing the packet that we sent and checked the I-129F form and we missed one question.

It’s the “Other information about your beneficiary”  #37. “Has your beneficiary ever been in the United States?” We forgot to tick the box.

I’m so worried I might get an rfe. Never been in the states but we were not able to tick no option.

Getting an RFE for it depends on the adjudicating officer. Still either an approval or an RFE.

I’m worried right now. I also asked my friend who was approved and they did not answer that part, they did not get any rfe. If that’s the case, then I’ll just wait for it but still hoping for no rfe 😁😁

I cant take this anymore, my RFE still hasn't been sent, it's been almost a month! I'm 18 days into the 45 days they said to wait, I don't understand what's happening!!! Why is it just sitting there!?!
