Step back relax take a deep breath. On average it's taking about 21 days to get a response on the Rfe. It should come this week that's what I'm hoping for.

I know. Last week was our week. This week is our week. All of August was our week. lol. That's what we keep hoping for. And if not this week? I guess next week will be our week....sigh....

Haha! Nope, just another thing to look at to pile on the disappointment.

Okay, I need to get out of this funk!!!! I'm depressing myself!! #######. I need to just move on. It will happen or it won't. Maybe I screwed something up and the answer will be no. I don't know. But I can't think about this anymore (and yet can't stop thinking about it).

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Just remove the (.) from the end of her link

We've covered this already in here--just the new memo info.

Got it thanks. Old news... nothing to see here.

Approval come via the old website. This is surreal!!!

So we were approved on Friday, 21st - we received text and email confirmation today at 9:45 am CTS, Just spoke with Tier 2 who said they mailed us NOA2 today, so hopefully we should have something by end of the week.

I don't know if this helped, but I contacted my senator 3 weeks ago, for those still waiting, we are praying for you. It took us lil bit longer than we expected but we are finally approved, so no complains 😍 God bless!

What is the realistic time-frame for my fiancee to come here? I was hoping before thanksgiving but not sure if that is a realistic?

Highly unlikely.

Will take 2 to 3 weeks to get nvc number

about a month to get medical

and another 2 weeks or so for inter view.

then another 2 weeks to visa in hand.

figure about 2 to 3 months from now..
