I dont know what to do anymore 😭😭

My fiance spoke to a tier 2 officer yesterday and was told that our case has been assigned to an officer. And now, we called again just to make sure that the information is accurate. But they said that it’s not assigned to an officer yet.

Also mentioned that they sent us something in the mail it’s their response to our inquiry. It’s not RFE and it’s more like an instruction on what will be the next steps. I dont know what it means. ☹️☹️ I’m so disappointed because of the inconsistent information theyre providing.

Please refer to the specific date of your online inquiry of when they will respond to you... when they say expect a reply by that time, you’ll really be getting a *notice of action on or before that date..

*RFE or Approval

Congratulations , am so happy for you . But am a bit worried here , it’s 10days now and USCIS haven’t responded to our RFE no mail , no update as to if they’ve received it or not . Am just so sick of the process, it’s becoming so tiring .

You are not alone..:cry:Day 17 for me..😢😢😢

Day 16 here. No panic at all... if u look at igors list. On average it's taking about 21 days for rfe response.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Was also looking at this the other night. 21 days is much better than 60, thats the way I'm looking at it now.

Why approve us in 60days if they can approve us earlier than that right? They don’t know the agony that they are causing us... 😭😭😭

Very true... The worst part about it for me now is that there is not a lot of overtime at work anymore, so I'm at home a lot more than I want to be. I try to read, clean (......a lot of angry cleaning.....), go to the gym...etc. But I still end up refreshing the app fairly regularly, even though I know it isn't going to change from the hour before, or might not even get an update from those. My mum is part of a Filipino cooking community here, the whole thing  seemed so boring to me a year ago, now I jump at the chance to go with her just for a distraction! At least she's happy lol.

Click on approved petitions. Then scroll down to the month u wanna look at. And look for rfe's. And yes u have to do math to figure out how long it been between rfe received and approval.😂😂

there is no actual tab or drop down to see approved rfe. U have to manually look at them.

Oh wow. REALLY? I thought that date would most likely be another instruction to wait. So you are saying it's 💯 fact that it's always a notice of action of some kind? Like an RFE or NOA2? Oh my gosh that changes everything. I thought to not even count on that Inquiry response when it arrives. Like it will just be another false hope . At this point even an RFE is light of some sort 😆.. I'm sorry if I sound like I need you to spell it out for me, but if that's what you're saying then I'm pretty close to an official response. 2 Fridays from now we'll know where we stand. THIS IS GOOD. ❤for crying out loud! 😂😭

Right there with you my friend.. I’m feeling the same way. We all just want this process to come to an end as soon as possible. No matter how we distract ourselves, we still end up thinking about it🤦‍♀️ and USCIS don’t have the heart to consider our feelings 😪😪😪. I gained much weight of the stress i am getting from here. Always find myself hungry..😂😂😂😂... I guess you should spend more time cooking with your mom.. Filipino food is ❤️... and one more thing, being here on VisaJourney is fun but it can sometimes adds up pressure and anxiety to you..😢😢😢

I feel the same too. I was such a happy person 6 months ago. Now I just feel sad all the time. My fiancé was telling me the other night that everyone keeps asking him when he’s moving to the USA and it’s driving him nuts and causing so much stress. It just feels like you want to crawl in a ball and stretch back out again in a few months if/when this is over.
