Hi guys! Some of you mentioned that your embassy is backlogged or they are taking couple of months before they schedule an interview. How do you know that? Is this all based on VJ's embassy information or have you called them?

 

Also, since we are all waiting for our approvals here, do you think we should start preparing for the next step? What is your advice here?

U can see profiles from ur country and figure out what's going on by that.

The petitioner can call and have the RFE faxed so you can start working on whatever info they need. I prepared everything and had it ready for when the hard copy came in the mail just to be safe because it says you have to send the original and not a copy back. And from what everyone said just send back what they are asking for, save the additional information for the interview. My RFE had examples of what they wanted. Keep it short and sweet. GOOD LUCK!

I dont know what to do anymore 😭😭

 

My fiance spoke to a tier 2 officer yesterday and was told that our case has been assigned to an officer. And now, we called again just to make sure that the information is accurate. But they said that it’s not assigned to an officer yet. 

 

Also mentioned that they sent us something in the mail it’s their response to our inquiry. It’s not RFE and it’s more like an instruction on what will be the next steps. I dont know what it means. ☹️☹️ I’m so disappointed because of the inconsistent information theyre providing.

Sadly that's what u get when u call uscis. Sometimes it's correct info other times it's not.

Do you have any idea about this instuction that they sent? First time I heard about this.

Have u submitted a online inquire about ur case? If so, it's just going to tell u what they been telling u over the phone. Please wait 44 to 60 days while ur case is adjusted.

Haha yeah we did submit an online inquiry. Oh my god they sent us a letter only to advise us to wait? Haha im speechless. 😂😂

Our NOA2 came through in the post today! No email no site update. Our RFE has taken 17 days from when USCIS received our response. Surely it’s a sign for everyone else!!! 😍😍😍😍😍 

 

I actually have no words to describe how I feel right now. Been a long road but now it’s finally moving 😊

Yay! Thanks for posting and congratulations!!!!! This is great news and I’m sure gives the rest of us hope! I’m at Day 14 today so maybe next week!?! Would love to make it into that September NOA2 group. We’re running out of time @BJ & Christine so let’s hope for next week lol!

Congratulations , am so happy for you . But am a bit worried here , it’s 10days now and USCIS haven’t responded to our RFE no mail , no update as to if they’ve received it or not . Am just so sick of the process, it’s becoming so tiring .
