Today I'm preparing more things for interview, I've been gathering evidence for the past 6 months, I just printed a few e-mails and amazon orders from gifts I've send him for his birthday and last Christmas... Is not much but I read about an interview where they were asked for pictures, emails, chats, etc so I rather have everything and being prepared.

No news about NOA2 so far...

We are thinking to drop the idea of me moving to Michigan in December, Juarez is backlogged so interview date will be in 3 or 4 months once we get NVC case number, probably is a better idea to plan another visit here in México and then moving on 1Q 2019. (We were avoiding that because another visit is money we could use later for AOS but we haven't seen each other since May).

Good luck to everyone and I hope we all get our approvals soon!

We also gave up on the December arrival. Tbh now it don't matter which month. The sooner the better but, anit picky anymore. Can't be with uscis taking there sweet time to do there jobs😂😜😂😜

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

I agree. I was worried but now I'm like "it will happen eventually".

But I'm getting anxious because I haven't had a good experience with USA in the past, (3 tourists visa requests denied with real travel intentions for work/tourism purposes before even knowing my fiance) rude COs... Hopefully there's nothing wrong and it's all in my head.

Depends on embassy tbh. England has about 6 week wait for interview. Add that on to the 2 to get nvc number, 2 plus weeks to get medical. The 2 week wait after medical for interview. Also, another 2 weeks to get visa. It adds up in a hurry..

Does anyone one know once you receive the NOA2 in the mail.... how long before interview in Canada? We were hoping for him to move here in December but now I’m not sure.

I can’t some of those things happen overlapping? I know you need to get the NVC number first, but can you do the medical while you’re waiting for the interview appointment to come around?

Yes, generally the medical must be done prior to the interview.  Details about how far in advance would be set by individual consulates.

Hi everyone, day 218 here and haven't been approved yet. We called USCIS a week ago and they told us that we should be receiving a notification by Sep 15th, and if we don't hear anything, call them again - so we waited but nothing came in mail (nor website), so we called them again two days ago. They connected us to Tier 2 and he said that we should be getting an update within 15 days.

I also don't think Dec arrival is realistic at this point, but I hope we'll get an update sometime soon.

Hey guys, just a quick update, we finally received the RFE with joy lol. Not sure what it is yet as we haven’t got the letter.

Also, I had seen a post about signing up online to see a snail mail. Does anyone know how we could do that?

Together with the RFE (whatever it could be) can we put additional evidence? Such as updated phone conversations, more photos etc ?

Thanks to all those who have been sending us prayers, truly, this is all from you. ❤️ I pray lots and lots for those who are still in a limbo. May this remaining journey be easy for you all, make you all get a quick updates from the USCIS & May you all be united with your beloved partners as soon as possible. Ameen. 🙂
