I just booked a flight to see my love for his birthday in 3 weeks. I kind of feel guilty complaining because we have only been apart for a month throughout this whole process but just knowing I will see him soon helps me forget about this entire process. I’ll be 33 weeks pregnant when I go so pray for me!

Oh wow! How far is the flight? Good luck! You must be freaking out! I also feel insanely lucky because we have gotten to see each other every 6-8 weeks (sometimes less) this whole time. I will see my fiancé in Europe in 2.5 weeks. I’m there for a really busy Work trip so we won’t get a lot of time but I’m going two days early and he will come to another country with me for two days and hang in the hotel while I’m in meetings. Better than nothing! I’m grateful for this flexible schedule and my work trips that allow us to go back and forth. But wow the last two weeks are dragging with NO word it seems for anyone. Here’s hoping people start hearing tomorrow!!

Im travelling to South Africa so it’s quite a distance but I’m just so happy to be in his arms again. This distance is the worst my heart goes out to those who weren’t able to see their love for this entire process.

Good morning to all.

After 6 days of stressing out and not being able to think of anything else. USCIS finally notify me that they received my RFE response Sept 17. ...

All hopes and prayers for everyone that sent out their RFE responses.

The waiting days begin once again!

My RFE was also received yesterday. I've been checking the old site because that was the one that updated me on the RFE and was also updated saying they received it.

Fingers crossed we will both get approved soon. 👐

Both of ours RFE's where due to the cause of the electronic stamps on the passport!!!

I additionaly sent 25 more pictures of proof of the relationship. So hopefully it's good enough for USCIS.

And the wait begins :clock:

Oh by the way I see we both have lots in common with our k1 visa process.

Both from jersey. Both recieved RFE about similar issue. Both fiancé's name Jose. And both recieved USCIS has RFE Sept 17.

Really!? So good to hear of ANYONE getting an approval from an RFE. I know it’s only been 13 days for me but the days all start to feel like months and it just feels like there will never be any news. I mean the dumbest RFE on earth shouldn’t take that long to either approve or deny!? Back to trying not to think about it lol

According to here, RFE’s were mostly adjudicated between 14-60days.. few one’s were lucky to be approved in less than 14days. So we can expect(again) an approval any time these coming days..:innocent:

Today I'm preparing more things for interview, I've been gathering evidence for the past 6 months, I just printed a few e-mails and amazon orders from gifts I've send him for his birthday and last Christmas... Is not much but I read about an interview where they were asked for pictures, emails, chats, etc so I rather have everything and being prepared.

No news about NOA2 so far...

We are thinking to drop the idea of me moving to Michigan in December, Juarez is backlogged so interview date will be in 3 or 4 months once we get NVC case number, probably is a better idea to plan another visit here in México and then moving on 1Q 2019. (We were avoiding that because another visit is money we could use later for AOS but we haven't seen each other since May).

Good luck to everyone and I hope we all get our approvals soon!
