It’s really hard to predict USCIS but i feel you. I know how this process can be stressful. If it is really kicking you out, i suggest have a call to USCIS and ask for any update on your case. This will calm you a little bit. 😊😊😊

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Thanks for that. Yeah, we sent it yesterday via next day air. So hopefully status should change before the week ends. I’m feeling oddly calm about this now😂😂waiting for the same old panic to kick in. Just figured now it’ll happen when it happens.

It’s odd how that happens. U finally know they have worked ur case. And it calms ya for a bit.. needless to say it won’t last long. Cus u want to see the approval come thru still. But, then it’s more waiting. Viscous circle. Sent ours back a week ago yesterday and we wait..

Just got this email. What the heck does this mean??? They did take action in sending an RFE after the 15th. Why did they just send me this!? Just to torture me?? This does not sound good at all.

Lol well that would be nice. Except I haven’t bothered them at all!! So why randomly send an email saying you haven’t looked at my case since the 15th?? That just makes me worried that the next email is going to be a denial of the case. Ugh.

Don't worry about it at all.. just generic email. We signed up for notifications and this is what we get for doing it.😁

Funny I’ve never gotten any other notification by them by email! Did you get an email saying they were sending an RFE? I did not.

Yes I did receive email about rfe. Thru the old site. With the sites going down yesterday. It's anyone's guess on what we can expect going forward.
