No, not necessarily you would need to speak to Tier 2 officer. Who so ever is on the phone with you- please ask him or her that your application has gone outside normal processing time, and if a service request could be raised.

Thanks for this. We’ll definitely do it.  😊😊

I was NOA1 feb 7th. I’m the uk beneficiary but my fiancé received ours last Thursday night and sent it back on the Friday and we received an email on the Tuesday saying they had received our RFE so doesn’t take long for them to receive and that was after the American bank holidays as well. From just reading on here some people say a couple of weeks is normally a rough estimate and I think the official normal processing time is 14-60 days. So fingers crossed for you it won’t be too long 👍🏻👍🏻

Nice to know they're quick in receiving it! How much/what info did you send back for the RFE? I just want to make sure it's a sufficient amount. Thank you x

Ours was just a tick box for one question so my fiancé literally just needed to tick a box and then sign it underneath where they asked for a signature! X

So happy to see that our status finally updated to RFE mailed on the app/old site. So much better than being in the unknown. Good luck to all still waiting. ❤️

@BJ & Christine looked through the thread quickly to see if you had gotten NOA2 yet👍😂, last I saw you mailed your RFE. I know it’s a tad hopeful considering NOA2 wait post RFE may or may not take a while. Glad to see you got the RFE sorted though.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1
